A little late, but as promised: The Outfit of the Day! This is an odd outfit to be by first OOTD post, merely because it falls out of my normal realm of style. I would categorize my style as more “bohemian” than anything…. But, since I am no longer required to wear black on black on black, I am experimenting and revisiting outfits I haven’t worn in a bit.

And finally: (I really need you to understand how much I love the pattern of this dress, btw)

I actually picked that dress up about a year ago in a boutique on Market Street: Langford Market (I actually replaced the buttons, originally they were these God-awful brown wooden ones that I didn’t really feel fit the motif)
I have a habit of having a good, solid pair of black flats, usually from: Urban Outfitters (to me, there is nothing more timeless or classic than a good pair of flats. I probably have too many, in a variety of colors, but who cares?)
The cardigan is a cheapy from Target. (Target can almost do no wrong, in my book.)
Belt: Urban Outfitters. (if you keep up with my OOTD’s, you will notice a slight obsession with Urban. Yes, I am on a first name basis, thank you very much)
Glasses: Yes, they are prescription. I get asked that a lot… I would suppose it has something to do with everyone wearing those costumey ones. I am actually quite proud/fond of them. They too, are out of the realm of normalcy, but when I put them on (they were the first pair!), I knew right then they were the ones.
Aw you dresis so adorable.
I love cats on clothing but I am a dog person physially haha
